Community Habilitation Specialist – TBI - PT - Provide training in self help, adaptive, and socialization skills with developmentally disabled individuals in home and community based settings. Experience with DD population preferred. HS diploma, car and valid NYS driver license required.

Direct Care Day Hab Assistant - Buffalo area: FT, Provide training in a Day Hab setting and transportation for adults with developmental disabilities and assist with skill development. Must have valid/clean NYSDL and HS/GED diploma. One year experience working with developmental disabilities required.

Direct Care - HCSS-TBI – Must have PCA certification - Work with individuals with traumatic brain injury. PT, days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Buffalo and surrounding suburbs. HS Diploma/GED, car & valid NYS driver license required.

Direct Care - Structured Day Program - PT, direct care experience with TBI preferred; arts and crafts experience helpful; must have HS diploma/GED; clean, valid NYS driver license.

Janitorial Training Supervisor - Full Time - Experience working with disabled individuals.  2 years supervisory and training experience required.  Must have experience in floor care.  Qualifications include the ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.  High School Diploma/GED required.  Must have clean, valid NYS drivers license.
